NEAR FREE TREATMENT TO PREVENT URETHRITIS SYNDROME IN FEMALES

General Practitioners are very fond of prescribing antibiotics for so-called UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) in women. The following is the prescription which does not cost much and yet is the most effective treatment to prevent repeated attacks of UTI in patients having recurrent urethritis (cystourethritis or urethral syndrome) :-
- Patient must drink 2 liters of water per day.
- She must pass urine every 3 hours.
- She must learn to do double evacuation, i.e. after finishing the act of passing urine, she must wait for a few seconds or a minute or so and again try to pass urine.
- Drink 300 ml of Cranberry or Blueberry juice before sex.
- Apply Cetrimide Cream (Cetavlex Cream) in the periurethral area before sex.
- Urinate after sex.
- Urinate before sleeping.
