Leucoffhoea is complained of by every al
temate female patient in India; it is not possible to refer all these patients to a gynaecologist. I would like to give my formula for screening patients who need a gynaec consultation.

I use the following single dose treatment for all such patients:

1. AZEE 1000 (AZITHROMYCIN) - 1 tablet for treating chlamydia.

2. TINI 1 G (TINIDAZOLE) - for treating trichomonas.

3. ZOCON 150 (FLUCONAZOLE) - l tablet for treating moniliasis.

The above organisms are the most common causes of leucorrhoea in addition to anaemia and malnutrition. If the patient does not respond to this treatment, next time I refer her to a gynaecologist.
